Knowledge across borders
Ignite Borders connects experienced global entrepreneurs with aspiring African founders and students — through free e-sessions, mentorship, coaching and the tools to build something that scales.
Our story
In 2016, Tobias Schlitzke met young people full of ideas and ambition — but far from the mentors and networks other ecosystems take for granted. One question followed him home to Munich: what if knowledge could travel across borders more easily?
“Knowledge shouldn't stop at a border. An entrepreneur thousands of kilometres away shouldn't have to reinvent what somebody else already learned the hard way.”
Tobias Schlitzke — Founder & Chairman
